Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using the services at Royal Touch Spa Pune, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or in person
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot
• Walk-ins are accepted based on availability
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets
• Package payments must be made in full before the first service
• Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred
• All prices are subject to change without notice

Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment
• Pregnant clients should inform us and may require doctor's clearance for certain treatments
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a medical condition poses a risk
• Clients must inform therapists immediately if they experience discomfort during treatment
• Royal Touch Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments, provided proper disclosure was made

Conduct and Behavior

• We maintain a professional, respectful environment for all clients and staff
• Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund
• Mobile phones must be silenced during treatments
• Alcohol or drug intoxication is grounds for service refusal
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion

Personal Belongings

Royal Touch Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home and using the provided lockers for personal items during your visit.

Gift Certificates and Packages

• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Package treatments must be used within the specified validity period
• Gift certificates and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash
• Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced

Limitation of Liability

Royal Touch Spa and its staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Photography and Marketing

By using our services, you consent to being photographed for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out. Images will be used respectfully and professionally in accordance with our privacy policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Royal Touch Spa Pune and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
